Shooting for Matt at Hayley this month is going to be a real privilege not to mention a lot of fun. Hayley and I (Lina) have history, a fair few years back we worked together, right when we were on the cusp of our respective personal businesses kicking off full time, Hayley being co-owner of the highly regarded and award-winning beauty salon, English Rose Beauty House. So we’re so happy to be part of what we know is going to be a fab day, and we took an opportunity to catch up with Matt and Hayley as they walked their gorgeously characterful Dachshund Stanley. As is common when we have a cute doggy on a shoot, we make no apologies for how many shots of him there are!
This Cambridgeshire pre wedding shoot with Stacey and Gaz gives all the feels – a gorgeous winter sunset and two of the most gorgeous doggies you have seen. A stroll around the nature reserve in Fen Drayton provided a gorgeous backdrop, and we are so happy to finally shoot what we are sure will be a fab wedding day for Stacey and Gaz tomorrow!
We were thrilled to return to RSPB Sandy The Lodge with Anna and Justin for their pre wedding shoot, as they told us some of their first dates were walks around this gorgeous reserve. Having had to reschedule once because of the showery weather, we decided to go for the shoot on what we thought *might* be a clear afternoon before beating the showers. What we ended up with was a storm brewing, giving us some amazing skies – some of these images look like they could be the amazon jungle! When the rains came, earlier than expected, there was only one thing for it, to dance in the rain! Given we’re in the middle of a headwave now, we think their wedding tomorrow will be more Some Like it Hot rather than Singing in the Rain!
When Leeming and Ian said to us that they wanted a ‘fun’ pre-wedding shoot ‘somewhere like a zoo’, how could we resist? A quick email to the lovely folk at Shepreth Wildlife Park, a super bijou and unassuming little park but with big cats to rival Longleat amongst other favourite animals, and this zoo pre wedding shoot was on. You’ll probably know that we are huge animal lovers, so we were very excited!
On the day we captured Leeming and Ian wandering through the animals and listening to keeper talks, and we hope this collection of images not only made them feel more comfortable about being photographed on their wedding day, but also gives them a lovely little story of a fun afternoon. Although we did have one little Otter that almost stole the show…

Great Gransden woods is a special place for Sophie & Mark. One summer evening Mark led Sophie for a walk around the woodland near where she grew up, and there on the bridge were lots of candles lighting the way, and behind her Mark on one knee! They decided this was the place for their pre wedding shoot, and we were only happy to visit when the bluebells were out.
Sophie and Mark have a lot of fun together which we think has come across beautifully in their bluebell woods pre wedding shoot, and we look forward to their wedding tomorrow!

We had a very muddy but fun afternoon with Diane & Gareth on their Cambridgeshire pre wedding shoot today at Hardwick Wood! Amid the squelchy mud puddles and many double entendres, we love this tender moment in the setting sun, romantic yet they are still making each other laugh which they did all afternoon… Thanks for a fun afternoon guys (and for coping with all the mud!) and we are so looking forward to shooting your wedding at the Cambridge Belfry in June!
