When Leeming and Ian said to us that they wanted a ‘fun‘ pre-wedding shoot ‘somewhere like a zoo’, how could we resist? A quick email to the lovely folk at Shepreth Wildlife Park, a super bijou and unassuming little park but with big cats to rival Longleat amongst other favourite animals, and this zoo pre wedding shoot was on. You’ll probably know that we are huge animal lovers, so we were very excited!
On the day we captured Leeming and Ian wandering through the animals and listening to keeper talks, and loved capturing some beautifully quiet yet intimate moments between them. We hope this collection of images not only made them feel more comfortable about being photographed on their wedding day, but also gives them a lovely little story of a fun afternoon. They are fantastic folk who don’t take themselves too seriously as well, so they had a little fun with the slightly more predatory artifacts in the education centre. Although we did have one little Otter that almost stole the show…
